When the floor is ready, we load in install order and deliver with our own trucks — so the installers unpack the right items in the right room, first time.
How storage works
- Receiving – Supplier deliveries received, counted and checked for damage.
- Storage – Racked storage for furniture, joinery, fixtures and equipment, short or long term.
- Inventory – Every item tracked from receipt to delivery.
- Staged release – Furniture released to site in the sequence your program needs.
- Decommissioned assets – Storage for furniture removed from a site, pending reuse, sale or disposal.

Do you provide warehouse storage?

Do you have your own trucks?
Yes. Caoba runs its own fleet of vans, trucks and utes from our Sydney warehouse, so deliveries are timed to your project rather than to a carrier's schedule.
Can you relocate an existing office?
Yes. We manage planning, packing, transport, installation and reassembly end to end, with minimal downtime.
