Caoba warehouse with pallet racking, a forklift and a Caoba truck at the loading door

Our warehouse & fleet · SydneyWarehouse
& fleet.

Most installers depend on someone else's warehouse and someone else's trucks. We own both — which is why our deliveries land when the site is ready, not when the carrier is free.

Our warehouse

A warehouse built
around installs.

Our Sydney warehouse is where a project comes together before it reaches site. Supplier deliveries are received, checked and stored on pallet racking; a forklift moves them; and each order is staged in the sequence the installers need it.

It is also where furniture waits between an old office and a new one, and where decommissioned assets are held until they are reused, sold or recycled.

Our fleet

Vans, trucks
and utes.

The Caoba fleet runs out of the same warehouse: vans for quick deliveries and service calls, trucks for full floors of furniture and joinery, and utes that carry the crew and their tools.

Every vehicle carries the Caoba name. The team that loads it is the team that unloads and installs — so nothing is handed between strangers on the way.

What this means for your project

  • Deliveries on your timeline – We release furniture when the site is ready, not when a carrier has a slot.
  • Fewer touches, less damage – Our crew loads, transports and installs — the same people handle your furniture end to end.
  • Room to stage – Large rollouts are received early, checked, and delivered floor by floor.
  • Storage between moves – Furniture can wait in our warehouse between your old office and your new one.
